SoCal Birding Guides
This area was recently made a National Monument. It is a high desert area which gets some Great Basin birds like Juniper Titmouse, Pinyon Jay, and Scott's Oriole, and desert species like Gilded Flicker, Bendire's Thrasher, and Lucy's Warbler. Distances here are big, and camping is often the most efficient way to bird here.
